Given the history, there is no doubt that if the sprats find their place in fine dining, we'll dig up the best vintages from the former Kirov fish factory's grounds and generously share the contents with you. Until then, our menu will feature flavours from all over the world, as well as the wisdom of the coastal people, in order to mesmerise the most authentic mecca. Our experience formula is simple: the chef enters the kitchen, alternates between looking at the seascape and the pantry of his own experience and abilities, and paints a delectable work on a plate-shaped canvas.

Furthermore, we provide a limitless quantity of warmth and cosiness both in the room and on a large outside patio. And the first round is always at the expense of the house in Viinistu – a refreshing sip of sea air!
